Huh... awesome vehicle, however, it isn't (wasn't) a contender in the Grand Challenge, which was for autonomous vehicles. However, I wouldn't mind having one of these. Would make for some good fun.

They didnt finish it in time to enter the challenge.

I thought I remembered seeing a video before where they had the vehicle remote controlled, with no driver in it.

remote control is still not autonomous.
