Looks like a nice clean car. Similar to the 88 L.X. I just bought. Mine was all original with 75,000 original miles. Even had the air silencer in the fenderwell. What are your plans for it?

Big power. It'll be faster than my Mach 1.

Well....never had a bonestock fox Stang. I'm not gonna go crazy modding it right away. Nice to know that even if it was beat on...the lil power it has couldn't really do anything to bad as far as frame twisting. I wanted a mint body. And I like to know everything modded on the car. No surprises. Oh and the kid I bought it from was clearly not one to beat on it. lol!! He just wanted a cruiser.

I'm sure you can find some 15" turbines if you want to properly restore it ...

There you go right there. Even has the wiring harness to go with it. Drop it right in and get going with it. Price is a little high for that mileage though.

Nice looking ride. The price tag is right in line with what I normally see them going for. I hear ya on starting out with something nice and then modding it to your tastes. It's a lot better that way. Plus, bodywork and paint is NOT cheap if you want to do it right and starting with something that's already got that done is a bonus.

I just bought an '89 LX 5.0/5-speed that is also bone stock right down to the silencer and stereo. It still wears the factory paint and is also very clean. I paid in the same range that you did. This one is staying totally stock and I'm not going to molest it at all except for the possibility of adding some Weld Draglites at some point.

i hear ya on the frame twist without the sub frame connectors if it is in your price range to start with a totally clean mustang and then basically feel like you are starting with a brand new car then i say go for it because in the end the fucking bodywork is always the killer unless that is your job/trade then it would make sense to do it in a reverse order buy a car that the body is rough but has a badass drivetrain

definitly a nice looking car try to keep it stock looking i like the style body wise

Very clean looking car. I love the Fox bodys. Anyone have any idea what a 93 Cobra would run me? Would have to be red!

Depending on mileage and condition, anywhere from $12,000 - $20,000

Well, I've got the Cobra which runs mid 12's, so I'm all set in the power department. In fact, if I spend any money in the future, it'll be a new engine for the Cobra, as I'd like to get that in the mid 11's.

As for my new one, it does have a flowmaster muffler/dual pipe setup and 3.73's but that's it. The engine has never been apart and is totally stock.

I'd post a pic but everytime I try, they never show up. I'm not sure if my computer is missing some software for that or not.
