Notch, vert, fastback whatever, I am looking to trade my GMC s-15 jimmy for a mustang of equal value. 4 headlights, 1 headlight I don't really care, but it needs to be a 5.0. Can be in piss poor condition, but must run and drive. Does not need to stop however, if you have one with shit brakes. 5 speed or auto, I don't care.
The jimmy needs work, needs a brake line, and a gas tank, which a new one will be included in the trade, and body work to repair rust/rot on quarters and doors. Rund and drives, it is a 4x4 5 speed 2.8 with a rebuilt tranny that has 20k on it, and a clutch with 20k on it. Needs a tune-up.

Yeah basically.
And from what I read between this and the "other forum" it should run 12's out of the box. Because mustangs are supercars to be reckoned with.

 you're retta will never run 10s, a stang however just needs a nitrous kit and slicks to hit 12s. foxy bodys are the cheap god of drag racing for a reason.

A mustang needs no power adders at all to run 12's. This can be done by doing a low gear, suspension, weight reduction, slicks and a driver that knows what they are doing. I have seen it done by friends of mine and could have done it w/ my old one had I put a lower gear and slicks on it.

out of the box. out of the box is not with juice or new gears and crap like that, out of the box is how they come from the dealer, and no fox body (80's to early 90's) that i know of runs 12's out of the box.

i can show you one if you want lol. they sold a drag package back in the day that was fully stripped of anything heavy, just had to take the rest of the interior out and a few unneeded things
