Ran the car Sun and got a 12.907@103.83, 12.909 @ 103.25 and a 12.911 @ 103..67. I tried hot lapping the car and it slowed to 13.06. :(

This is with a stock A-trim Vortech on a stock 89 5.0 with a C-4 and a 2800 stall.

where do i start?

"stock 5.0" that traps 102?
stock auto c4 5.0 goes 13.4?

then you trap 1 mph more then your original stock engine with a blower?

stock 5.0 consists of stock exhaust and gears? seems to me like you have something unstock.

OK, if you want to get technical, This was with 1 5/8" equal length headers, off road h-pipe, Flowmaster catback, under drive pullies, 3.73 gears, MT ET Streets ( Hoosier QT's yesterday ), Hurst shifter, K&N filter, Timing advanced, front sway removed. Front tires to 40 lbs & synthetic oil. The 13.02 @ 102 was with the ten holes on the front, I've since switched to Centerlines.

Those were "best" times. I averaged 13.30's with the stick, 13.60's with the C-4 and have yet to know what I'll average with the S/C.

The reason the S/C mph isn't much better than the NA 5 spd MPH is the switch to the automatic. It killed my mph.

However, the longblock from throttle body to oil pan is completely factory issue. I am the original owner and this car has never even had a valve cover off.

If you can, borrow an S trim or even SC, and i'd be surprised if you didn't pick up some mph, how much boost does the A make?
I know a guy who put a S on a 100% stock mustang in 89, stock headers/cats etc and it made over 300rw with the stock vortech pulleys

I got some better numbers out of it at Tasca day. The air was a little better, I added some 104 fuel & bumped the timing from 7 adv to 10 adv.

ET 12.70 @ 105.27 :ban2:
