Race Licences

Day license: $10
Annual license: $25
Competition Licence: $40
Annual to Competition upgrade: $15
Same-day to Annual Licence Upgrade: $15
Day to Annual Licence Upgrade within 30 days: $20

Arrive and race

Track One (Five lap practice, ten lap race) $25
Track Two (Three lap practice, fifteen lap race) $25

Private Event

ten or more people, exclusive track use, 3 races and a final or team racing..

exclusive booking per 1/2 hour on the country track: $750
exclusive booking per 1/2 hour on the city track: $850

exclusive booking for mini grand prix: $75 per person
three eight lap heat races and a ten lap final race
groups of 8-10 for track two
groups of 10-12 for track one

1 hour track rental (exclusive use):

1/2 hour track rental (exclusive use):
$750 (up to 15 racers includes event licence)
1 hour track rental (exclusive use):
$1500 (15-30 racers includes event licence)
Mini Grand prix (exclusive use)
$75 per person (includes day licence)

now heres what i'm thinking....
exclusive track rental... of the City Course... $850 per 1/2 hour, then renting the Billiards Room $250 per hour... the billiards room has a bar... you have tp pay for your own drinks... they have an open bar option.... but this is as much cash i think everyone wants to spend.. the total comes to $1100 w/o tax... which is $55 a person.. if 20 people are in for it... i need to know when a good date and time is, so that the most people possible can show up..
i'm up for any date, as long as theres a 2-3 week notice.. after 6pm on weekdays and anytime on saturdays and sundays...
post any suggestions about times, dates, meeting first and convoying/carpooling, i'll post directions for those who need them. www.f1boston.com is the website, they have directions posted there, for those who arn't lazy... :D

PM me with your full name and F1 Boston as the subject, to let me know you wish to attend... i do need to collect $ up front for the people who are going to attend, once a date and time are decided.. also if i missed anything, let me know and i'll edit this accordingly..

also if you only rent for 1/2 hour you can only have 15 people=t3h lame...check that out with them if thats accurate

I definately think the mini grand prix is a better deal. If we rented the other track and had more than 15 people go, not only would some not get to race but its only for a 1/2 hr...I dunno bout you guys but a 1/2 hr goes by pretty fast to me when Im racing. We really need to get a count and decide when, and book it now before we end up screwed later on and not being able to do it. Either choice for tracks or packages, I know Im still down:thumbsup:

i have had no PM's with names, so it looks like no one is going, theres a catch with gran prix, three 8 lap heats and a ten lap final race, but you can't have a group higher than 12..

Are you sure about that 12-person group limitation? I've been to events that rented out the track for a Grand Prix, and we had like 40-50 people there. Granted the final race was only about 12-15, but I'm sure depending on what you want to do they can finagle something to meet what you're trying to put together.

you guys know about sundays being 20 laps for 20 bucks right? thats the best deal you can get.

I used to go a shitload. Make sure you eat a decent meal with alot of potassium because your hands and arms will cramp up on a 20 lap race trust me.

the 24 is fine for me and ioll check with a few friends too, 20 laps shouldnt be too bad to take you out, thats only about 6 or 7 minutes, 15 wasnt even a little hard, but either way....

I'm sorry, i can't adjust this around everyones schedule, some people are going to be able to show up, some won't be able to..
it's that simple, i gave list of dates, that would give people the best chance of showing up... and i picked one based on everyones previous input..
20 laps for 20, you'd be grouped in with all the rest of the people at the track... i planned this as a GROUP activity... the track would be soley ours, 15 people from NEMS and only NEMS..
I still need a list of people and $ in hand..
if 15 people don't sign up, then it's not happening
