Anybody know of any good Z rated tires for 15" wheels. They are 15x7's all around. I'd like to run 215/65/15's up front with probably 245's out back.
The ones on there now are not high performance or anything. And my rear tires are burned off.

why do you need z rated tires?

The ones I got on there now were wrinkling the sidewalls on the dyno in 3rd gear, so I had to shut down. I got 2.73's.
Well I don't necessarily need Z rated, but something that could withstand some speed would be nice.

If your looking for top end speed, buy a set of seventeens and eliminate some sidewall from the equation. If your looking for traction, stick with the fifteens.IMO,a z-rated 15" tire seems like a waste of time.

I can't really afford 17's, right now. But those are what I will be saving up to get. I'm in high school and I don't have too much money to spend, I'm just lookin for a good high performance tire that I could actually dyno my car in 3rd gear with and get some real numbers instead of this 2nd gear bullshit :smokin:

in that case, just get a set of regular Comp t/a's may cost a little bit, but high speed is not a place you want to skimp on parts.
