There are some places that do sell. Almost every liquor store in Leominster is open from 11 or 12-5 on sunday's.

I think it's because Leominster is and other surounding towns are a certain mileage from the NH boarder.....

should definately sell on sundays...like don said , thats when everyone is watching football or some sport anyway...but i read a few weeks ago that they are trying to get something passed into law that requires package stores to be open 6 days a week...but the bill would allow the packy to decide which day they want to be closed:thumbsup: Blue Laws Suck

I actually found out today that the liquor store at the end of my street in rutland is now open 12-8, so i guess it does kinda depend on the independent stores

Most of the liquor stores don't want to be open on sunday because it would cost them more money to open for the day and pay employees. I have asked some of the local stores and they don't want the law to pass. They figure the sales that would come in on sunday won't make it cost effective for them.

Agree with liquor on sundays-means we don't have to rush on saturday to get somewhere before they close if we wanna drink on sunday :)
