wow thats a good challenge i can not back down from!! so i will race you in the cobra first because its registered!! and the gsx is not!!! 13.6 may be a lil out of my reach, but who knows, i seem to run better on the street!! the gsx is on stock boost and afraid to turn it up for right now.. so give it some time, but i will not back down to any race!! time and place i'm there!!!

I'd like to have a crack at NickPSI's car. Yesterday I was running 13.68 @ 97 mph. sounds like it could be fun.
Yesterday I ran a time trial against a late 90's Camaro SS and took the stripe 13.71 to a 13.85 then ran a elimination against a 72 Nova dialed in at 13.63 to my 13.72. We were door to door all the way to the stripe & he broke out.
I love brackets but it is alot more fun when the cars are closely matched.
BTW, I'll be at NED on Fri 08/20.

adam since i dont want to just blurt out where we raced, if you guys really want to race there, ill tell you and well i want another crack at your car. i just got mine back and its runnin MINT!!!! pulls like a bitch!
and if you were wondering...yes it was just something VERY simple and retarded for me not to figure out. all the plug wires were off by one. i followed the diagram and put them where it said to but the diagram was off from the actual car. oh well...live and learn.

when done properly, theres a 1% chance of getting caught or injured. and the $50 isnt worth the drive to NED because it costs $40 in gas to get there and back for the night, plus gate and food money. its usually 4-5 hours round trip for me. for adam it would ONLY be like 3. they seriously need to build a track down here, it would stop a lot of shit and crashes. but people are too friggen selfish and "dont wanna deal with the traffic, noise and type of people it brings". they tried putting one in down the street from me at the old weymouth air base, for some stupid reason EVERY town that had a border within like 10 miles was allowed to vote on it. people who lived 30 minutes away had signs on their lawn saying "NO ON #3, WE DON'T NEED A DRAG STRIP IN OUT BACK YARD" stupid fuckin rich people. anyways. yea. thats my main reason

worcester airport is dying...its the perfect location, but everybodys head is too far up their ass to realize it...they do have noise restrictions you know, when you can/can't run...at e-town, first fire is at 10 and you have to be all done before 10pm....and they only have certain "noise days" where big shit can run...but whatever, nobody realizes the $$ it would bring....how loud is a car compared to fucking jets and planes landing/taking off at all hours of the night?

my front yard is RT 18, which is a MAJOR road. it will soon be a 2-3 lane road instead of a small 2 lane. so, give it another couple months and we seriously can race in my front yard lol. i've done it a few times (just paved 2 years ago) and there are PLENTY of places within a couple miles to do so.

ok so thats pretty damn close to another .5 in the 1/4 cause turbo back is a huge gain!! sidemount is better but not huge!!!! so we're talkin damn close to a full second diff in the 1/4, thats like me saying my gsx is still a 14.8 second car!! but shhhhhhh since then i have added a 6bolt, front mount, ic piping, turbo back, 14b, joe p mbc!!!! thats all................. jackass!!! :wtf3: and to say u will race for money after pullin stunt liek that is just weak!! but it is a 14.8 right cause thats my last time slip!!! u could say this is what i ran before and this is what i have added!!! not cool man!!! u could carry arounhd a stock time slip after 2 grand in mods and say thats what it runs an drun people for money!!! if i had run you for money and then after giving u money for loosing( cause thats what i would do, because i'm an honest person) found out that you had modded your car since the timeslip and not told me.. i would prob beat the shit out of you and take my money back!!! just not cool man!!

A] even though you look like mini me vin diesel you wouldn't beat the shit out of me.
B] you just listed more power mods to your GSX than I have on mine. Our cars are near equal, hell you have a frontmount, I don't. Your motor has 63k miles, mine has 139k. Our DSM's are near equal.

I'd rather have people say "My car ran XX.XX secs in the 1/4" then fucking guess "My car runs 11's, cuz I have a catback and K&N". He hasn't been to the track since then, so how is he lying? Last he knew, the car ran that time, and if you can't tell what mods have been done to a car, by looking, you shouldn't be racing for money.

i have since added lowering springs(which will prob hurt me) but also a shifter.. i'm gonn agive it a tune up and hopefully it will get me there!!! and then........... :idea:

VHT is the liquid tar/rubber/crazy glue shit they spray down on the launch pad on the weekends. If you go on a saturday you will probably shave .1-.2 off of your 60' ... all you need for your 13 second pass.

I can tell you Brockton sucks for races.Mostly 16yr old kids and some ratty cars.Don't get me wrong there are some worthy cars around though.
Racing for $$ can be tough.You don't pay,then you are definitly getting fucked up.You jump the start and the other car stay's--guess what,you lost and have to pay :owned: or you get fucked up again.I suggest before alot of you think about heavy street racing with people you don't know to check what the rules are going to be.The only way to street race is from the dig. :worship2:
