i need a rear end for my cutlass, i have 2.41 gears and its sooo slow . Plus one leggers arent that cool either. Ide glady do one leggers with 3.08s or something in the ballpark of 3.42s. 7.5 will work for now if someone has one but i need to get out of my own way

Hey my bro has a 3.08 10 bolt outta his Trans Am. One legger though. You should ask him about it

I dunno if it would fit in a Gbody? :eh:

the rear end itself should bolt up, im not sure about axles and shit though

No, the F-body rear won't fit. Depending on the T/A it's either leaf spring or a torque arm style rear, G-bodies use 4 links. :cool2:

if someone knows someone with like a 4.3 monte with the rally package then it would be cool, 3.08s and posi enough of the time lol:ak1: one leggers

I have an old 8.5 inch rear out of a grand national that has one bent tube. The tubes from a 7.5 should fit if you know someone that can change them. It got bent last year when I got hit in the rear quarter. I was luckly enough to find someone that had a brand new housing so I didn't get it fixed. The rear is all apart, but I have the 3.42 ring gear, a posi unit that needs to be rebuilt and 2 stock axels. So you would need to fix the tube, rebuild the posi and put it together.

welding wont cure 2.14 ratio smog gears tho, i need something 3.08 at least preferably 3.42
