ello moto, i know there are a lot of gear heads, chevineers, and just handy people here that know a hell of alot about engines, prob alot about 350's, the 350 in my caprice is nice, satisfactory....i will soon be running into my long lost friend MONEY

who likes money i do, and when i have it i wanna spend it, lets say 1k is going to a pro paint job, i have 4 k left, exhaust is key, 500 prob left, pcm reprogram, 3.73 gears, and wat else with around wat ever i have left, 3k? i dont wanna over kill this car but i would like it to see its glory, any input would but cool. cams...stroker kit...blah blah blah?


i also want some nice rims with nice rubbers, input?

okay, here is the list.....

Afterburner headers - $320
Full exhaust - $500ish (maybe cheaper)
Cam - $300 ish
Tune - free from friends (me loves my connections)
CAI - whatever a K&N costs plus some clever engineering


There, an almost 13 second car.

yeah, me too... powersliding with all four tires gripping for traction... I wonder if i can roll the stealth on an xcross course. I am gonna try. New goal for next year.

Have you tried really throwing the car around yet? Once that ass end starts moving, it doesnt like to come back... Maybe once it has some suspension work done to it, I will think about x-crossing it.

yea it doesnt wanna come back at all, scary sometimes but with suspension work they are actually suppose to be pretty good

I've heard they are decent on road courses, but the weight of the car just KILLS it in x-cross... Doesn't mean I won't try it. I am sure I will. Chasing after Don through the x-cross with the wigwags going....

:lol: :lol: im def gonna try it when i have everything all set, we could all be chasing him cuz it seems like everyone is getting a caprice now

i managed to get 4 strobe light out of that cv, soon will be going in the caprice:thumbsup:

power slide and drift are two seperate thing, drifitng is drag the ass end around a corner, apower slide is going into the turn and mashing the throttle to break it loose and swing the ass around to make a tighter turn and come out full bore.

Yeah, i started that when I was 8... i still do it to this day. Its even better doing it with a kid in the cart, cuz they like to act like its a race car...

I also do donuts (those wheels leave NASTY black marks), wheelies, endos, and every now and then, i crash into displays on purpose. Great times to be had at the grocery store.
