Thinking about pulling the motor for the winter, but after listening to ken bitch about it, talking to jake and hearing him say, "BAH," I'm just not going to do it. The plan was going to be pull the motor, put it in the shed, do a clutch, cams, and blower, then drop it back into the car, maybe put the blower on once the motor was in. It would have been the only place war to do motor work. After thinking about it, its just too much work, but first things first the time has come for a new clutch, my throw out bearing is going so I might as well do the whole thing while I'm at it.. WHO's got a lift and a saturday to help out.. JIMMY I KNOW YOU'RE HELPING.

My guess is that the blower HAS to be installed with the engine IN the car... as it will be a BITCH to get it in installed. Cams... well, i have seen that engine and it doesnt look like fun to install cams while the engine is in the car. Clutch... do it with the engine in the car.

I would think that yanking the engine is a HUGE endevor. Not saying you can't do it, just think about it before you go yanking it.

Yeah, I was told by someone who knows what he's doing its not that big a deal, can be done in under 6 hours, but then again, the more I think about it.. and after talking to jake a little I guess I shouldnt take it out unless its broken. I'd like to do the clutch asap, the blower is something I can just do in my little joke of a garage.

Just leave the engine in, do the clutch and blower, and be happy. You already have a decent cam in the car.

Yeah, i was picturing the plural in my head... i just i am just not used to typing an 's' at the end... haha.

Leave the fucking engine alone... actually, fuck it. leave the blower alone. Go run some 11's, THEN mod more. WINK

Yeah, the thing I'm caught up on is the modding. I almost enjoy ripping things apart and figuring them out as much as driving the car.

The ones I've been looking at are only 900, but thats half the battle i guess. They add 150-300RWHP, so fuel tuning and all kinds of other BS needs to be picked up
