I hated the Weld pieces of Crap, or can I say Weld shitty rims on this board?? I will be so happy when they are off my truck tomorow.
My new front rims finally came in today, it only took 14 weeks, but after seeing them I think they were worth the wait. They were custom made for me, and nobody else can have a set. These are 16x7's

I think these are going to be fricken awesome, and I am thinking of getting two 18x9.5's for the rear.

Yeah if they are 20 pounds a piece then they are NOT racing wheels. They are rediculously heavy [and ugly for a 20 pounder] bling show wheels.
ugly is OK when it's a forged lightweight.

What didn't you like about the weld wheels? They look just like them except for the centercap and you probably paid a lot more for them and obviously waited a lot longer.

ian, please don't argue with me over shit you don't know because i will fuckin pimp slap you into reality. did you look at my sig? i have a set of boyds and i know a few people who have dealt with the company. they have PISS POOR quality control and PISS POOS customer service. i know a guy who waited months for his wheels to be custom made and then two of them were warped. he talked to then and they wouldn't allow them to be shipped because they might get damaged in shipping. they said the only way they would fix them is if he brought the wheels to their closest rep and have them look at them, which was over 2 hours away. so, when i said the company sucks, im not talkin out of my ass. they suck, they're played out and over priced simply because they say boyd. i got mine because they were cheap and had good tires on them.

I kind of like them. :eh: But if they are heavier than what you are running now, that is a no-no. But Don seems like he races a lot and I am sure he knows how weight can effect E.T. Plus he is already running 10's in a 4500 pound truck, a few more pounds won't kill him.
