the REAL NEMS video thread

the other one got all fucked up because people were complaining like little girls about another video....

so...

we should make one with all the members featured... i know theres some people on here who are hardcore into videoing what they do, which is cool, but also get the people who only do it once in a while....setup some kind of a deadline at the end of the summer or whatever so everyone can get all the footage they want, and then someone would recieve it all and edit it and alll that happy horse shit....

we could also all vote on music and the title and shit for it...

does this idea even seem like its worth it? me and chris have done the same thing on another site and it looked pretty good, trying to get the site name out there just like all those f-body hideout video's...

sound like its worth it or no?

I love editing videos with my shitty ghetto editing program, but I can't afford a nice camera to shoot my own footage, if I understand what your saying though.. just post up anythign we have of our cars and then have one of the guys edit it and make a lengthy video with all NEMS cars at the end of this season?

If that's what you meant it sounds like a good idea to me

ill have my camera at all the meets. dont know how much footage ill get. i could possibly edit it all together. i usually use imovie which is damn easy to use and makes some nice videos. i also have an old version of adobe premiere. sounds like a good idea. i could probably help out.

we'd just be looking for footage from all members, new or old stuff, as long as you can send it to who ever is editing it it should find a place in the movie...

canon something or other lol. it records on little hi8 tapes and i can plug it into my comp using firewire ports. i think it was around $400. its my rents so im not exactly sure.

i have 3 3ccd high end digital video cameras, and tripods. i might take a few videos if i feel like it :blush:
