whats goin on w/ it and have u ran ne times? last i heard u were still breakin in the motor b4 the supercharger was good 2 go on there. Pat (Casey)has told me a bunch about it, but i havent seen much talk from u on the boards about it. so yeah, im just curious as 2 how its goin w/ that beast of a car.

well, it was all mint ready to run tomorrow at epping but on the test drive tonight i fried the ignition box, hope it didnt hurt the motor, but i was lucky it happend 200 feet from my house while i was going 110mph, barely made the driveway. im going back to simple old MSD.

with this setup, @550/600ft lbs to the wheels, should run high 9's. after the 24 lb pulleys should have over 1000/1000 to the wheels and run high 8's.

Dreamer....I will beleave it when see it.S-10:ak1: :bash: malibu.It's all about craftmenship.that car is a tolit with a $20,000 motor.All the older guys at the track would laugh at you.You need to put that motor in a real car and stop living a pipe dream.It takes years to build a quick 8 car.Not a couple of winters.I don't unstand how you do it on a interior mans pay check.I should become one then and bring home the big $$$

go learn something about drag racing, quick 8 refers to the top 8 qualifying field, most cars in a quick 8 class run low 7's. it depends on what division they are running a quick 8 in.
