he doesnt care what the sig is really, its the point that STR is bannered across the bottom of the shrooms. i also have a problem with this as i dont want the team to be associated with drugs and things of that nature

Actually, I am not sure that it is illegal to grow shrooms. If it is, then my fridge is WAY illegal... LOL. Its kinda weird, i mean... i wasnt really raggin on you for being straight edge, i was just fuckin around. if thats the choice you made, then thats cool. For me though, i try to make as few "absolute" rules for myself as i can. (excluding retarded shit like heroin) but i see no problem with experimenting with some things, just do it in a safe way and dont let it take over your life, like ive seen happen to a lot of people i know.

and as far as the legality of shrooms-federally they are illegal to have, eat, or intentionally grow. BUT its up to states to decide laws on drugs (thats why some states can have medicinal marijuana despite the fact that federally medicinal marijuana is illegal) so that means that unless your state has a specific law concerning shrooms, then its fine, and luckily mass doesnt have such a law. HOWEVER it is illegal to sell any controlled substance (ie you technically cant sell someone 300 cans of whipped cream if they can prove what the purpose of it was)

thats my understanding of the situation, did a little quick research on it, but i woudnt trust it enough to go up to a cop and pop a few caps.

Eh, I dont even really take an active part in the club anymore, if he wants to have that in his sig its his biz. Me myself I drink/smoke every friday night....That is it. no drinks or smoke during the week, nothing on saturday or sunday..Period. I'm 31 years old and have a daughter so she is more important to me then my own happiness...I like smoking more then drinking though so 90% of the time I end up getting stoned more then drunk, I just like the effect it has on music and video games!!! To each his own. I live by the philosophy that if you enjoy it, do it, if you don't you don't have to be around it/near it/or even look at it.

ya to further explain myself since i dont come across as the drug bag image my sig puts out.. ive only done shrooms 3 times.. i just promote it cause its fun :thumbsup: when i was younger i used to be all about the weed but now its just annoying cause wheni get high i geek out big time cause i haven't really smoked in so long.. so as of lately ive just been drinking with the occasional puff here.. i have tried a few other drugs but nothing serious.. oxy's a few times and ive rolled a few times.. wasn't too big a fan of the oxy's they made me wicked relaxed and i didn't want to do shit.. if im gonna take a drug i want to be like the life of the party type attitude haha.. thats why e is fun.. but ya some people dont agree with drugs and good for them.. some people dont agree with alcohol and good for them.. to each his own, and until it affects my life i dont see it as a problem..

Yeah, I've never understood people who drink like fishes, or do other things, then shit on people for smoking cigs... Yeah, cigs are bad for you, but so are LOTS of other things. Eating at McDonalds is no worse/better then smoking a pack a day. Either way, I have always had the "to each their own" mindset. I may choose to NOT be around when certain things are done, but I usually don't judge people too much for what they do on their own time, whether it is shrooms, herion, or sticking your dick in a guys ass.... ;-)
