2 Memphis car audio amplifiers f/s

hello,

i have for sale two Memphis car audio amplifiers. if you know the Memphis name, than you know the quality of these amps and what they can do. both are used amps but are in excellent condition and work great.

first one is a 16-ST300 2 channel Studio amplifier. specs on this are:
150w/ch rms @ 4ohm stereo w/ .03% THD
240w/ch rms @ 2ohm stereo w/ .03% THD
500w rms @ 4ohm mono
750w rms @ 2ohm mono
15.2"x6.5"x2"
chrome plated
high/low pass variable crossover w/ 18db/oct slope (40hz-6khz)
have original box and owners manual

second one is a 16-ST2004 4 channel Studio amplifier. specs on this are:
50w x 4ch @ 4ohm stereo w/ .03% THD
80w x 4ch @ 2ohm stereo w/ .03% THD
12"x6.5"x2"
chrome plated
front/rear high/low pass variable crossovers w/18db/oct slopes (40hz-6khz)
do not have box or original owners manual but i can photo copy the manual for the above amp because they are identical

one of the absolute best car audio amplifiers out there.

what am i looking to get for these? well, i'm looking at getting $175 each for them but will consider reasonable offers. this is much cheaper than anywhere on the internet or ebay for that matter. these amps at an authorized memphis retailer sell for well over $400 each. prices do not include any shipping costs (if items need to be shipped).

i was going to install these in my winter car but have since decided that i am not installing a system in it after all.

well, i sold the 2 channel last night so all i have left is the 4 channel. it is a tiny amp in size so i don't see why it won't fit under a seat no problem. i'll sell it for $125 plus shipping (i doubt we could hook up in person because i am very busy seven days a week). shipping would be cheaper though in MA. let me know if you're still interested because i'll have to cancel my ebay auction asap. thanks.
