Heres what he said:

"Two days i ago i get in to start my car doesnt turn over right away, 3-4 clicks of the starter and it turns over perfrectly

Ok last night im cruising around. The radio cuts out and the lights turn off for about .25 of a second and then come on. This happens 4-5 times within 30 minutes (wtf).

Well i park it at night, and come out in the morning to start her. The alarm works fine i get in, but the starter doesnt turn ( not even a click). I check it more tonight and the alarm doesnt work, the windows dont go up or down, the radio wont come on, the pop ups pop up but the lights stay off.(the fog lights work though). The dome lamps, foglights, dashlights, tailights, popups work.

Well i try to jump her with my 3000GT but not a thing. Just same parts that werent working are not working and the ones that did are. Any ideas?

All i have done to the car is the wiring harness, which i tried to unplug but didnt do anything ( nothing else electrical)......."

He said the battery checked out and was fine. I told him to check the fuses for a blown fuse and the wires as well for a shorted wire. I dunno what else to think if the battery is fine, I dont see why a bad starter would effect anythign other than the starter... sooooo..... any ideas??

Or the ECU decided to fry itself because of a short.

Thats a tough one to diagnose. If the main power connection to the fusebox were disconnecting you might see that. You should be able to the the car to start easy enough (or see if the coils lost power as well) by running 12v straight to the starter solenoid. Aside from that it sounds like he's going to have to get really intimate with the factory wiring diagrams, and a multimeter. Intermittent electrical problems are really irritating to track down most of the time

its the starter if it was my guess .... i had a delta that did (kinda) the same shit ....let me know what it was when you find out..
the power wire in those cars go right to the starter, right ...could be a short in the starter
