I need two new tires on my bike- 110/90V16 and 130/80V18. I'm new to bikes, any cheap local places and what will it cost to mount and balance the tires?

What brand should I even go with? Online searching is getting me nowhere?

i buy all my tires from ronayers.com never had a problem and the prices are hard/impossible to beat from what ive seen. new rear for my bike at the dealer is $90 more than buying it from them, i get my tires mounted at pawtucket cycle in rehobeth, but im sure you can find something closer than that. oh, and it is significantly cheaper if you bring the rims in off the bike with the new tires to be mounted.
