i just bought another cavalier beater so this one has to go. it's a '91 VL 2 door coupe with a 2.2L. has 205k on the chassis and approx. 125k on the engine (previous owner had it rebuilt). i had the automatic tranny rebuilt 10k ago. thing runs like a champ and i never had a problem with this car in the year + that i've owned and driven it (other than the tranny which is now rebuilt) and exhaust (which is now new). this car is/was my daily driver for the past year, even in the summer. i drive it on the highway to and from work everyday 72 miles a day at highway speeds no problem. tires are ok. black exterior/black and gray interior. no major dents but, many scratches. since i've owned it, oil has been done every 3k (with receipts). one minor problem: 1) neutral safety switch is going bad which means sometimes you have to start the car in neutral rather than park. passed MA state emissions and safety inspection last year no problem. good basic reliable transportation. i'm looking to get $500 firm for this but will talk for reasonable offers. mt name is aaron and i can be reached at 774-281-0432 (cell), 508-378-7397 (house), or oldirty9014@hotmail.com . car is located in east bridgewater. thanks.
