i was thinking about having my SHO rims polished and was wondering if you could handle it......the only problem i can see is that the center cap is plastic.....what the fuck do you do about that:eh:

I'd really hafta see them in person first, It's hard to tell by a pic how smooth they are. I'm gonna buy a couple new buffing wheels (the ones Brad are using, makes everything a whole lot easier) and I'll see what I can do with those. Then I'd let ya know about polishing your wheels.

As far as the centercap, does anyone make aluminum ones for those wheels?? If not , you're kinda screwed...unless you know someone who's a machinist and can cut out peices of aluminum for you.

Right now I couldn't handle it. With my new materials, I'm hoping I can do projects like that... we'll see though.

don, you're a fuckin tard, all you gotta do is ask. the certer caps can be swapped out for plain mustang caps, i forget what year, but they're metal. not sure how good they would look polished as all the ones ive seen have only been used for chrome jobs. ill find out the exact ones you need. :thumbsup:

don:: old fox body 10 hole wheels have metal center caps that fit perfect , im sure jesse has a set sitting around :thumbsup:
