I like option 2 better. I don't think the car club names should be involved because not everyone is a part of one of those clubs.

that looks cool, the second one is better, i wouldnt mention the team names, but other than that its sweet

why do you guys hate the racing teams so much?
I mean I'm not in any of them and it doesn't bother me

and we dont hate the racing teams at all, its not that, we just dont want newcomers to feel excluded because theyre not a part of one of the teams and leave. we want them to be excluded if and only if they suck.

Wow ... you are pretty excellent with flash. How about if we just mix it up a bit ... throw some imports into the mix (maybe a DSM or a 3S) ... I bet we can get pictures (hell I can take some pictures of my 3S and Chicken has DSM pictures around).

Unfortunately we can't really name specific racing groups ... maybe we can blast across something lame like "I live my life a quarter mile at a time ... " blah blah blah.

Ok maybe not ... :hurl:

I dunno if the flash can handle anymore tho,
it's already close to 1m
lame azz long load time if it's too big
but I'll make an exception for your 3s

Okay, few suggestions. First off, downgrade the quality of each image. It should take up less space. Also, another small suggestion. Maybe a radial fade to black on each image, so the edges arent as defined. It shouldnt take too long to do either of these in whatever photo-editor you use. I just think it would look cleaner and more fluid with the movement.

I'm liking #2 better myself :cool2: And no, don't hate the race teams, just think they're better off left as an individual thing than in integral part of the site. I do however kinda like the "I live my life a quarter mile at a time....." thing :blush: Either way that looks awesome :thumbsup:

haha, I was thinkin the same thing too.
and all of the images are low quality jpeg
it's big cuz it has 36 images so far...

and I use fade in/out 90% of the time,
it doesn't look too fluid at the end cuz it's loading the forum page

but I like this, keep the inputs flowing
